Named after Gustavo, a fourth-generation coffee farmer, this reserve reflects his lifelong dedication to traditional, sustainable coffee farming—and his passion for producing exceptional quality.

Roasted to a smooth Medium-Dark level, this coffee offers a mild body with a beautifully balanced flavor profile, featuring bright citrus notes, a touch of banana-like sweetness, and a clean cocoa-toned finish. The beans undergo light caramelization during roasting, adding a subtle roastiness while preserving the coffee's natural sweetness and smooth, pleasant aftertaste.
