How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches daily at our regional roasting facilities. Each bag is immediately heat-sealed with a one-way degassing valve to lock in the aroma and flavor before it reaches your doorstep.
What is the difference between your roast levels?
Our Mild roast offers a smooth, light body; Medium roast provides a balanced acidity and rich flavor; and our Dark roast delivers a bold, smoky profile with low acidity and a caramelized finish.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness to grind at home, or choose 'Drip Grind' which is calibrated for standard auto-drip coffee makers.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are Don Pablo coffees organic or specialty grade?
We source only the top 2% of Arabica beans globally. Many of our selections, such as our 'Charbonnage' and 'Subtle Earth' lines, are CCOF Certified Organic and grown without chemical pesticides.
